Don’t pay $1,500-$3,000 (and weeks of training) for a Coal Competency.
Download and complete the forms from our website, gather the necessary supporting evidence and documentation identified in these forms and mail it to us. Once we review your application we will advise you of the next stage of the process.You may only be required to do a theory assessment if you have sufficient recent supportive evidence of work experience. Transfer Coal Competencies to Civil Licence’s

Workplace Health & Safety Queensland has agreed to recognise Mining Coal Competencies to be credited towards National Civil WH&S Licence’s such as fork trucks, EWP, rigging, scaffolding, cranes, dozers, graders, rollers and excavators etc.
Don’t pay between $1,000-$2,000 (and weeks of training) per National Civil WH&S Licence. If you are a current holder of a Mining Coal Competency/Authority you may be eligible to simply paper credit it directly over to a New National Civil WH&S Licence: Contact OHSA info@ohsa.com.au or call direct for the cost of a local call on 1300 647 200.
