TRANSFER DEFENCE FORCE LICENCES TO NATIONAL CIVIL WH&S LICENCES Workplace Health & Safety Queensland has agreed to recognise Australian Defence Force Licence’s and Mining Coal Competencies to be credited towards National Civil WH&S Licence’s such as Fork trucks, EWP, Rigging, Scaffolding, Cranes, Dozers, Graders, Rollers, Excavators etc. So don’t pay $1,000-$2,000 (and weeks of training) per National Civil WH&S Licence. If you are a current holder of an Australian Defence Force Licence or Mining Coal Competency/Authority you may be eligible to simply paper credit it directly over to a New National Civil WH&S Licence for only: Transfers are from $249 for the first licence and only $100 for any subsequent licence’s included in a single submission. Additional transfer applications received by OHSA will be charged as per first submission i.e. $249 for the first licence and $100 for subsequent licence’s. Government application fees per licence are extra to each submission. You only need to download and complete a few forms here on our website and gather the necessary supporting evidence and documentation identified in these forms and mail it off to us. Once we review your application we will advise you if anything further is required. So all those paper tickets you thought were useless may now save you thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours in further training! 	Birth or Citizen Certificate (one only)	70 Points
	Passport	70 Points
	Drivers Licence	40 Points
	ID Card issued to public employee	40 Points
	ID Card issued by the Department of Social Security	40 Points
	Confirmation from employer	35 Points
	Debit/Credit Card (one per financial institution)	35 Points
	Store or Medicare card	35 Points
	Club Membership card	35 Points
