Before starting your CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry – White Card training, you must meet several mandatory enrolment criteria. WorkSafe QLD strictly enforces these prerequisites to ensure all participants can learn safely. Furthermore, you need to prepare the right documents and equipment for your face-to-face session. Therefore, please review the following checklist carefully to guarantee a smooth induction day.
In line with Workplace Health and Safety Queensland Regulations, participants must provide 100 points of identification on the first day of training. Acceptable documents include:

Participants must be physically and cognitively capable of safely navigating a simulated construction environment. You must be able to demonstrate the correct fitting of mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including:
Participants must have the psychological capacity to maintain situational awareness. You must be able to follow strict safety instructions and clearly report potential hazards to a site supervisor under simulated conditions.
To enroll in this course, students will need the following literacy ability.
Safety starts in the classroom. No student will be permitted to undertake the course or any session if they are impaired. This includes being under the influence of alcohol, illegal/illicit substances, or experiencing impairment from prescribed medication, or severe fatigue.
