Occupational Health Services Australia (OHSA) provides accredited Standard 11 Mining Induction training to meet safety and compliance standards in Queensland’s mining industry. Delivered face-to-face and in-house, this essential program equips workers with the knowledge and skills to work safely on mining sites. Undertaking and successfully completing this course will provide students with the following six units of competency, commonly referred to as the S11, or Recognised Standard 11: RIICOM201E Communicate in the workplace, RIIGOV201E Comply with site work processes/procedures, RIIWHS201E Work safely and follows WHS policies and procedures, RIIRIS201E Conduct local risk control.
